Description:

Focus: Support children and youth (up to age 18) with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Reporting To: Manager of Children’s Services, with supervision from a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals and plans.

Provide ABA therapy (individual and group), caregiver coaching, and community partner support.

Monitor progress, update treatment plans, maintain documentation and client records.

Lead skills-building and behaviour-reduction interventions.

Facilitate referrals, workshops, training, and support funding documentation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community services.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Human Behaviour, Developmental Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years working with children with ASD.

Experience in behavioural assessment, treatment planning, and parent education.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license; First Aid & CPR; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.

Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and reliability.

French is an asset.
