If you are interested in becoming a Registered Nurse in Carlsbad, New Mexico, this job posting may be for you. We are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions in various specialties and offer full training and orientation. Our hospital, with 90 beds, is undergoing renovations and has a positive work environment with a great team. Specialties needed include Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical, with a 6-to-14-week orientation provided.

Benefits include a $20,000 USD retention bonus, hourly rates ranging from $39 to $50 CAD per hour, full sponsorship, discounted housing, full-time hours, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement, tuition reimbursement, and more. There is no cap on pay rates, and performance/payroll reviews are conducted every summer.

We also offer a $20,000 USD retention bonus, with an additional $2,500 check every 3 months, and $5,000 for relocation reimbursement. We have a diverse team with Canadian nurses and others from India and the Philippines backgrounds.
