Role: Medical Assistants support urgent care providers with patient exams, registration, and clinical tasks.

Key Duties:

Patient check-in and registration

Measure and record vital signs

Collect and prepare lab specimens

Assist during exams and prepare treatment rooms

Handle scheduling, referrals, chart scanning, and front desk support

Requirements:

High School Diploma (required)

Medical Assisting Program (preferred)

BLS certification required at hire

One of several approved MA certifications or RN/LPN/EMT/CNA credentials

Work Experience: Medical Assistant and Front Desk experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $20–$24.25

Bonus: up to $600/month

Sign-on bonus: up to $3,500 for external candidates
