About The Role:
Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist will establish positive client relationships by showing genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets. Responsibilities include greeting clients warmly, answering calls courteously, booking appointments, taking detailed messages, and providing non-medical information. Administrative tasks such as handling mail, drafting memos, and completing reports are also part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected Wage Range: $19.50 - $24.00
