Description:

Working in collaboration with the Psychologist and/or Clinical Director, the Clinical Coordinator -- ABIP will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and supervising the behavior services provided by the program.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Psychology preferred (Masters Degree in a related field will be considered)
  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
  • Extensive experience and training in Applied Behavioural Analysis
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years recent experience with individuals with acquired brain injury
  • Minimum (3) three to (5) five years experience supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and training
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously & as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule in order to meet client and staff needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in a criminal reference screening process
  • Must be able to obtain a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS)
