Our claims management team provides care and support to people who have been injured at work. As a Clinical Specialist Nurse, you will work closely with individuals who have suffered serious workplace injuries or been diagnosed with occupational diseases. Your role will involve developing clinical care plans in collaboration with various stakeholders, from hospital staff to community agencies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent response service during serious incidents
  • Develop treatment and care plans for various clinical scenarios
  • Conduct community outreach visits to create or update home care plans
  • Interpret medical information and guidelines
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to assist in recovery
  • Make decisions on diagnostic referrals and consultations
  • Determine workers' eligibility for care allowances
  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in nursing
  • BC College of Nurses and Midwives registration
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience
  • Valid BC driver's license
