Our claims management team provides care and support to people who have been injured at work. As a Clinical Specialist Nurse, you will work with individuals seriously injured at work or diagnosed with occupational diseases to develop clinical care plans. Your role will involve services such as hospital discharge planning and coordinating in-home care, making a positive impact on your clients' lives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent response service for serious incidents
  • Develop treatment and care plans in collaboration with the claims team
  • Initiate community outreach visits
  • Obtain and interpret medical information
  • Contact workers and healthcare providers
  • Make decisions on diagnostic referrals and consultations
  • Interpret policy for workers' eligibility
  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in nursing
  • Registered nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience
  • Valid BC driver's license
  • Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm eligibility to work in Canada.
