Our claims management team provides care and support to individuals injured at work. As a Clinical Specialist Nurse, you will work closely with those who have been seriously injured or diagnosed with occupational diseases to develop clinical care plans. Your responsibilities will include hospital discharge planning, coordinating in-home care, and providing compassionate support to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent response service for serious incidents
  • Develop treatment and care plans
  • Conduct community outreach visits
  • Interpret medical information and clinical guidelines
  • Establish professional relationships with healthcare providers
  • Make decisions on diagnostic referrals and consultations
  • Support workers with physical and psychosocial needs
  • Travel frequently and stay overnight when necessary
  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in nursing
  • Registered nurse with a current license in B.C.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in disability management and home care planning
  • Valid B.C. driver's license
  • Before employment, candidates must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm eligibility to work in Canada.
