Description:

Our claims management team provides care and support to people who have been injured at work. As a Clinical Specialist Nurse, you will work closely with individuals who have suffered serious work-related injuries or been diagnosed with occupational diseases. Your role will involve developing clinical care plans in collaboration with various stakeholders, including hospital staff, physicians, and community agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent response service for serious incidents
  • Develop treatment and care plans for various clinical scenarios
  • Conduct community outreach visits to develop home care plans
  • Contact healthcare providers to assist in recovery
  • Make decisions about diagnostic referrals and consultations
  • Support workers with physical and psychosocial needs
  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in nursing
  • Minimum of two years of work experience as a registered nurse
  • Valid B.C. driver's license
