Our claims management team provides care and support to people who have been injured at work. As a Clinical Specialist Nurse, you will work closely with individuals who have suffered serious work-related injuries or have been diagnosed with occupational diseases. Your responsibilities will include developing clinical care plans in collaboration with various stakeholders, from hospital staff to community agencies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide urgent response service for serious incidents
  • Develop treatment and care plans for various clinical scenarios
  • Initiate community outreach visits for home care planning
  • Obtain and interpret medical information
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for recovery assistance
  • Make decisions on diagnostic referrals and consultations
  • Interpret policy for workers' benefits eligibility
  • Qualifications:

  • University degree in nursing
  • BC College of Nurses and Midwives license
  • Minimum of two years as a registered nurse with disability management experience
  • Valid BC driver's license
