Handle patient customer service functions such as answering phones, taking menu orders, and addressing questions.

Use software to record patient orders accurately.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient nutrition.

Ensure customer privacy, safety, and dignity are maintained.

Comply with ARAMARK's standards of operation and adhere to business conduct policies.

Qualifications

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.

Experience in food service or related field preferred.

Fluency in English required, bilingual or multilingual a plus.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Comfortable with using technology including web-based software, keyboard, and telephone headset.

Flexible and adaptable to change.
