Bassano Health Centre is an acute and continuing care facility located in Alberta, Canada. The center offers core programs such as 24-hour emergency, medicine, ambulatory care services, primary care clinic services, and community health. As a Health Care Aide (HCA) at Bassano Health Centre, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide personal assistance to patients in accordance with care plans and facility policies. Your responsibilities will include supporting activities of daily living, assisting with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, recreation, and safety needs, as well as observing and reporting on patients' mood and wellbeing.
