Covenant Care is seeking a Health Care Aide to join their team in providing compassionate care to those in need. The ideal candidate will uphold the organization's values of compassion, collaboration, respect, social justice, integrity, and stewardship. As a member of the care team, the Health Care Aide will support residents in personal care, social activities, and recreation in a home-like environment.

The responsibilities of this position include providing resident care with dignity, privacy, and independence, maintaining Covenant Care's standards, and fostering teamwork within the interdisciplinary team. The Health Care Aide will also ensure that residents receive quality care and support during end-of-life journeys.

Qualifications for this role include a minimum Grade 12 education, a recognized Health Care Aide Certificate, enrollment in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory, and preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in a care facility. Fluency in English, with the ability to speak French and computer skills, are assets for this position. Vaccination against communicable diseases is required under Covenant Care's OHS policy.
