Time to take your exceptional sales and customer services skills into an exciting company! On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Health Solutions Consultant in Montreal. The Health Solutions Consultant interacts directly with Healthcare Professionals to implement value-added offerings designed to provide support for physicians and other HCPs to safely prescribe both new and existing products for improved outcomes in the appropriate patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts face to face, virtual, and phone calls with a territory specific panel of physicians and associated healthcare professionals to educate on relevant company and product information, enabling professionals to make informed decisions for their patients.
  • Plans, creates and/or implements educational and promotional programs with a territory specific panel of physicians and associated healthcare professionals in the identified territory. These programs are developed based on identified customer needs with the goal of providing fair and balanced information on therapeutic areas and product specific needs related to the organization.
  • Builds and manages relationships with customers, seeking to understand their needs and requirements in order to find opportunities to partner with them and/or bring value to their practices.
  • Completes territory administration in a timely fashion to meet reporting requirements and internal targets.
  • Completes and executes an annual business plan in order to determine potential business opportunities in their territory in order to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
  • The Ideal Candidate Brings:

  • Bachelors Degree in Science, Business, or another related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • CCPE Basic Accreditation.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the Montreal area.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continued learning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to analyze, assess, and address client's needs.
