Description:

Paladin Security is seeking a Full-Time Lead Hand Security Guard for Welland Hospital in Ontario. The ideal candidate will ensure all security protocols are followed, manage shift schedules, conduct security audits, and communicate effectively with the Client Service Manager. Requirements include a valid Ontario Security Guard License, fluency in English, and previous experience in healthcare security or law enforcement. Proof of double Covid Vaccination and various certifications are also necessary.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift
  • Plans and implements shift work schedules
  • Performs security audits
  • Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints
  • Provide proactive and reactive security patrols

    • Requirements:

  • A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Degree in Police Foundations, Protection Security and Investigations, Criminology, or Border Services
  • Proof of double Covid Vaccination and Immunization Record
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
  • Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
