Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Berkley Care Centre in North Vancouver. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting while working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You’ll perform the full scope of practical nursing functions, from assessing and implementing care plans to supporting clients and their families.

As an LPN, you will work both independently and collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other team members to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. The position involves caring for clients with varying levels of acuity and complexity, requiring a compassionate, adaptable, and organized professional who values teamwork and patient-centered care.

Candidates must be graduates of a recognized practical nursing program and hold current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
