Responsibilities include managing patient intake, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, processing billing, and offering administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls, greet patients, and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate patient intake and treatment plan information
  • Assist patients with paperwork and scheduling appointments
  • Collect payments, maintain insurance claims, and complete data entry
  • Coordinate courier packages and process mail, email, and faxes
  • Provide administrative support to managers
  • Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy and flexible to change
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
