Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. You will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, supporting workers and their families during times of distress. Your role will involve working with community mental health resources, providing support to claims management teams, and delivering presentations on suicide risk identification and response.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related field, four years of relevant experience with a master's degree, or six years with a bachelor's degree. Registration or eligibility to register with a professional college or regulatory body is required. A valid B.C. driver's license is also necessary.
