Salary:

BSW: $58,662–$72,147

MSW: $73,105–$77,557

Role Overview:
Provides culturally safe mental health counselling and outreach for Indigenous adults (18+) within First Nation communities, integrating traditional and Western healing approaches.

Key Duties:

Conduct mental wellness assessments and counselling

Support clients’ access to traditional healers

Collaborate with community health teams and supervisors

Maintain case management documentation

Requirements:

BSW/MSW (or equivalent) + 2 years related experience

Registration (or eligibility) with OCSWSSW preferred

Knowledge of First Nation culture, history, and healing practices

Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle
