Description:

As a member of the Satellite Health Facility, the Occupational Therapist will collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess individual needs and develop programs with a focus on discharge planning and community liaison.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Thorough knowledge of O.T. skills and techniques
  • Ability to provide functional (COPM), lifestyle, and cognitive (CCT) assessments
  • Experience in assessment and treatment interventions
  • Contribution to discharge planning
  • Experience working with students from various disciplines
  • Skills in program evaluation, quality assurance, and research
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
