The Toronto Rehabilitation Institute – Lyndhurst Centre, part of the University Health Network (UHN), is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its Spinal Cord Rehab Program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy that empowers individuals to regain independence in essential daily activities such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to improving quality of life and supporting patients’ return to community living.

In this position, you will assess patients’ functional abilities, recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, and educate patients and caregivers to ensure safe, independent living. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to plan discharges, manage complications, and implement evidence-based care models. Participation in interdisciplinary rounds, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education are also key parts of this role.
