Description:

Pay: $69,405–$81,653/year + benefits (including HOOPP)

Role Overview:
Provide family-centered occupational therapy services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and deliver motor and sensory interventions

Support clients with developmental delays across age groups

Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team

Apply behavior management strategies and group facilitation skills

Requirements:

Master’s in Occupational Therapy

Registered or eligible with COTO

Experience with pediatric sensory/motor needs

Experience working with developmental disabilities (children + adults preferred)

Strong behavior management and parent/caregiver coaching skills
