Description:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will provide evidence-informed services focusing on occupational performance for individuals, groups, or communities. Acting as a direct service provider, consultant, educator, or advocate, you will be an integral member of the health care team. Your role will involve enabling meaningful occupations, supporting clients in achieving functional abilities and independence, and collaborating with stakeholders in various environments.

You will include clients and families in care decisions, participate in interprofessional teams, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you may provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants and Therapy Aides.
