Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated PSW to provide home care in the Brantford and surrounding area. As a member of the Bayshore team, you will visit clients in the community, providing support activities based on Care Plans and receiving support from clinical experts. The role includes personal care, homemaking services, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients in the area and provide daily support activities
  • Offer personal care, range of motion activities, and homemaking services
