Description:

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do. This role is crucial for assisting with dispensing prescriptions, providing pharmacy services, and maintaining pharmacy operations according to standards. The goal is to offer superior service to customers in a timely and pleasant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, collect prescription information, and prioritize duties according to role assignment. Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist, manage prescription orders, and ensure customer counseling when needed. Maintain the cash register, adhere to confidentiality requirements, and provide excellent service.

Receive and process prescription orders, adjudicate third-party billing, manage accounts, answer calls, and file documentation. Assist with prescription preparation, data entry, medication selection, packaging, and labeling.

Prepare prescriptions to company standards, enter data accurately, and maintain pharmacy systems. Count, measure, package, and label prescriptions with attention to detail.
