Description:

As a Physician at Lifemark Health in the Fraser Valley area, including Surrey and Langley clinic locations, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation-focused assessment and intervention for patients experiencing barriers transitioning to life after service due to service-related injuries or illness. The interdisciplinary team approach includes managing complex conditions such as chronic pain, head injuries, MSK injuries, and mental illness with psychosocial barriers to recovery. The Physician will collaborate with the team to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based care to improve function and recovery.
