Are you passionate about administrative law? WorkSafeBC's Legal Services department is seeking a recently called lawyer for the Hearings Lawyer position within our Prohibited Action Complaints (PAC) department. In this role, you'll manage submissions and evidence for the hearing of prohibited action complaints filed by workers under the Workers Compensation Act related to workplace reprisals for exercising health and safety rights.
This opportunity is temporary for 12 months. You'll ensure WorkSafeBC is serving stakeholders across B.C. effectively. At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
