Description:

Administration Assistant/Receptionist at RBC PH&N Investment Counsel will provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to clients and staff while offering administrative and operational support for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all clients and staff are attended to professionally and courteously
  • Answer and manage all calls on the reception phone
  • Assist guests with hanging coats and offering refreshments
  • Assist with menu planning and ordering food for conferences
  • Coordinate staff functions and order courier supplies
  • Maintain access card log list and order marketing material
  • Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Receptionist in a professional office
  • 2-3 years' experience in an office environment
  • Strong aptitude with MS Office products
  • Exceptional communication skills
