As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations, ensuring their safety and well-being. Utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, you will also teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and their families. Your role will involve supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance, while providing safe, quality, patient, and family-centered care that aligns with the organization's vision and values. Provisional Permit holders will receive $39.58 - $54.16 per hour, which will be adjusted upon obtaining a full license.
