Resume Analyzer Terms & Conditions

By checking the box, the User acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms:


1. AI-Generated Feedback Only:

I understand that Magazica’s AI Resume Review Tool analyzes the resume I upload and compares it to job descriptions available within Magazica’s platform.
All feedback, suggestions, and areas of improvement provided by the AI are informational only and are not professional, legal, or career advice.


2. User Responsibility:

I am fully responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether to apply any AI-generated suggestions to my resume.
Magazica does not review, approve, or finalize my resume.


3. No Guarantee of Employment:

I acknowledge that:

  • The AI-generated suggestions do not guarantee job interviews, job callbacks, job offers, or employment of any kind.
  • The presence of job descriptions in Magazica is for analysis only and does not imply hiring commitments by any employer.


    • 4. Limitation of Liability:

    I agree that Magazica, its founders, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for:

    • Failure to receive interviews
    • Failure to receive job offers
    • Rejected job applications
    • Career outcomes of any kind
    • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations
    • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this Service

      • I waive any right to file claims, disputes, or demands against Magazica related to resume quality, AI feedback, hiring outcomes, or employment results.


      5. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable:

      I agree that all subscription payments for the AI Resume Review Tool are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or employment results.


      6. Consent to AI Processing:

      By uploading my resume, I consent to the use of artificial intelligence technologies to analyze, process, and compare my resume to job descriptions provided by Magazica.
      I agree that my data may be temporarily processed solely to deliver this Service, in alignment with Magazica’s Privacy Policy.


      7. Indemnification:

      I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magazica from all claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from:

      • My use of the AI Service
      • My resume content
      • Any job applications I choose to submit


        • 8. Governing Law:

        I agree that this Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
